Asphalt Resurfacing

Asphalt resurfacing sometimes referred to as a cap. Is adding new hot mix asphalt over your existing old asphalt. If your base isn’t compromised resurfacing is a great economical solution vs a complete tear. Our trained team understands each level of asphalt paving, from the base to the surface and will help advice if this is a solution for your project.

Asphalt Sealcoating

Sealcoating the asphalt, seals the small cracks that can turn into large cracks and prevents water from seeping down to the base material. ... Asphalt sealcoating fills surface voids, which reduces exposure to oxygen and UV rays and reduces the depth to which oil or gas can penetrate the asphalt.

Asphalt Hot Crack filling

It’s no secret that cracks in asphalt surfaces allow water to penetrate the surface, softening the stone base and leading to alligator cracking/spider webbing, pot holes and other forms of degradation. Hot crack filing is rubber cubes about 1 ft in width are melted down to a liquid in a hot crack fill machine then applied directly into the crack.

Asphalt Striping

Proper parking lot striping helps safely guide both drivers and pedestrians. A clearly striped crosswalk will be hard to miss, thereby minimizing the chance of collisions. Pavement markings (usually arrows) are also essential in directing the flow of one-way traffic throughout your parking lot.

Concrete extruded curbing

Extruded concrete curbing is an alternative to pre-cast concrete curb .A pre-approved concrete mixture is continuously fed into an extruding machine. The result is a continuous curb which can be shaped or formed in unlimited ways. Extruded concrete curbing can be installed much faster than pre-formed curbing. This equates into a lower costs to have curbing installed and it means your curbing will be completed sooner.

Asphalt extruded curbing

We use the same process as concrete extruded curbing with an asphalt material and asphalt specific extruding machines.

Asphalt Milling

Pavement milling, also known as cold planning, is a process that removes part of a paved surface, such as a parking lot or road. Milling can remove just the surface of the pavement, or anywhere up to the entire depth, referred to as full depth removal.

Tar and Chip

Is a coating of hot liquid asphalt (tar) followed by a layer of chipped rock. The surface is then rolled to embed the stone into the tar .When a new tar and chip job is completed it looks like a gravel driveway. However, the rock that come in contact with the tar is locked in tight in the compaction process and won't wash out like a traditional gravel driveway. It has a very clean natural appearance with the look and feel of a country road.
